What is C5 Solutions? 

C5 was started to solve a unique business problem facing small – medium sized businesses.  

Simply put, most of these companies wanted the same full service and support there is with hiring a full time technology person without the overhead and cost.  In essence, why pay for a full time tech when all you really need is 10, 20, or 30 hours per month? 

Most companies are tired of hunting for the support and programming skills they need.  They want full service technology, programming and telecommunications assistance all bundled into a convenient one stop shop, which they can manage and direct at their discretion.  Many businesses are tired of purchasing custom programming here, and network services there, and having yet another place host their email and website.  Everyone can appreciate that consolidating saves not only time, but money as well. 

 

Enter C5 Solutions “Total Care Package”

The Total Care Packages are basically hourly technology support, website services, email, and custom programming all bundled in 3 easy levels of service.  Our customers simply select the package that best meets their current needs, or have C5 customize a package that’s right for you.  As you grow, so can your package level!

Packages include a set number of support hours to be used as the customer needs.  In other words you apply the hours to where you need it most that month.  Month 1 you need web site design, use your hours there.  Month 2 requires assistance in developing a company database to track sales or inventory that links to your website, shift your hours there.  The possibilities are endless.

What if I don’t use all my hours?

If you don’t use all your hours a portion can be rebated back at the end of the year or applied to the next year’s package.  For example, if 50% of your hours still remain at the end of the year, half those hours x $25 are rebated back.  Why have to pay for hours you don’t use.

Our unique approach to project management and team engagement allows for a smooth transition for the implementation of new technology.  Our follow-up and support services include on-site technical support, phone support and remote support services to ensure the most effective successful installations.  By utilizing our chat client and remote control technology, we can resolve most minor support requests within 30 minutes of receipt.

What are our packages?

Package A (basic package) – Requires a $500, one time setup fee.  $500 monthly charge, billed month prior or annually at customers request.  Package A includes 10 hours per month of either virtual or onsite support services.  It also includes basic web and pop email (up to 30 accounts) service.  Time above contract hours will be billed at $45 per hour.  We do not charge for travel time, but do round to the nearest half hour. 

Package B (standard package) – Requires $1000, one time setup fee.  $1000 monthly charge, billed month prior or annually at customers request.  Package includes 20 hours per month of virtual or onsite support services as described above.  It also includes intermediate web services (involving database services, ASP, advanced form tools).  Email includes POP service as well as Web based email for customers that request it.  Hours can be used as basic programming time or project consulting/management time as well.  (Basic programming includes – access, HTML, VB, FrontPage). Time above contract hours will be billed at $45 per hour.  We do not charge for travel time, but do round to the nearest half hour. 

Package C (advanced package) – Requires $2000, one time setup fee.  $2000 monthly charge, billed month prior or annually at customers request.  Package includes 30 hours of virtual and onsite support services as described above.  Advance web and email (up to 40 accounts) services included.  Hours may be used for basic or advanced programming services.  Advanced programming is defined as Perl, Php, C, C#, JavaScript, MS-Sql, Oracle administration, Progress DB, Delphi, and LINUX administrative support.  Also advance Windows support (Exchange, IIS, and SQL Server).  Hours can also be used as project consulting/management time as well.  Time above contract hours will be billed at $45 per hour.  We do not charge for travel time, but do round to the nearest half hour.
